Carver Brothers Turf LLC is a sod farm and turf supplier located in Roxboro, North Carolina. We sell sod, seed, and related products for pickup and delivery in central North Carolina and southern Virginia.

Orders and Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted per pallet unless otherwise stated.
• Orders placed through our website chat, phone, or text are considered confirmed once acknowledged by our team.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to product availability, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• Delivery fees are based on your location and are quoted at the time of order.

Payment

• We accept cash, check, and credit/debit card payments.
• Payment is due at the time of delivery or pickup unless other arrangements have been made.
• For card payments processed online, we use secure third-party payment processors.

Delivery

• Delivery is available within our service area (see our Delivery page for zones and pricing).
• Orders under 6 pallets are delivered on our Thursday batch route.
• Orders of 6 or more pallets may be scheduled on a date of your choosing, subject to availability.
• Delivery addresses must be accessible by our delivery trucks. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property during delivery.
• A 24-hour advance notice is required for pickup orders.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of sod, all sales are final. If you receive damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (336) 592-0547 and we will work to resolve the issue.

Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number and placing an order, you consent to receive text messages from Carver Brothers Turf related to your order, including confirmations, delivery updates, and payment links. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. We will not use your number for marketing without your explicit consent.
